My STORY...

Hey people.
I've changed my blog [again. ><].
This LJ, will be used for more personal entries
while Wordpress will be used for more
public entries.

Actually, I don't change just like that.
Wordpress is better I think.
And, it's a more publicised blog
to try to draw my relationship with
some councillors or classmates closer.
Yup. See? I've got a purpose. xD

I'm feeling so freaking disappointed now.
Down. upset. unhappy.
Yeah. I just came home from council meeting.
And you know what?
It was totally screwed.

I sacrificed my sleeping time/homework time
to prepare, do a powerpoint for this meeting.
I did it until like.. 02:00?!
See how much hardwork I put in???

But the damn thing is..
The council don't appreciate things.
I'll start from the beginning.

I walked into the AVA Theatrette,
not expecting many councillors to be there yet.
And.. When I opened the door,
the whole place was so damn noisy!
Ehh.. COUNCILLORS!!!
Talking at the top of their voice like it's
nobody's business.

Okay. I let it be. Just warn them to
lower their volume.
Thinking that probably they need to talk,
then at least after they finish talking,
when Mrs Singh comes with the laptop,
I can start the meeting with almost
full attention from them.

Then Jane kept asking me to start it first.
ALL the info is in the thumbdrive.
I don't want to start just like that.
Okay. nevermind, she started it first herself.
Fine. I went to whiteboard and scribble whatever
things I want to cover today.

When Mrs Singh came,
we set up everything,
blah blah blah.
Everyone was rather okay.

AND.. Mrs Singh has to leave for her meeting.
Now... The noise level rises again.
Okay. Jane continued..
And blah blah blah..

THE WHOLE MEETING.. the councillors were
talking!! You call yourself councillors?!?!
Then kept rushing me.
Fine. That's what THEY want..
I tried to speed up a bit,
seeing MANY slides flashing across
without elaborations.

Then, the performance.
We wanted a performance since we're
inviting schools.
They were like shooting me down like hell.
Saying they don't want it and stuff.
Fair enough. That was JUST a suggestion.

Then we're inviting 15 schools.
Including Hwa Chong and Raffles.
Then Alastair was like..
'Don't you think we're TOO AMBITIOUS??'
Hey. It's BASIC COURTESY for us to
invite the schools that invited us.
And others were like..
WHAT?!? So MANY SCHOOLS!?!?
Dang. Please.. Use your common sense.
How would you feel if you attend an invest
with just 5 schools??
How do you mingle during the reception?
What are so many councillors going to do
with so little student leaders??
And they will feel outnumbered.

Then I heard there are MANY objections.
From their looks.
From their expressions.
Lynette, Pauline, Firdaus, Bakinshah, etc,
were like discussing some things,
and the 2 girls kept staring at me,
as though they're afraid that I might hear it.
FINE. I IGNORE.
The fact is, since YOU have the objections,
then share. Why discuss there and afraid that
I might hear? No?

Then blah blah blah..
People were asking me to let then attend
their remedials.
Like.. only 5 have remedials??
So, I said those who have remedial can leave.
The worst is that.. It's so noisy and disorganised
that there is NO CONTROL!
All the councillors left!!
Other than around 8??

What attitude is this???
Is the council not important to you?
Worst.. the INVEST.
OMG. I think all these councillors shouldn't
be councillors. oh my gosh.

My goodness.. I had the shock of my life!
Now, I'm just so darn upset by all these.
Especially when my effort go to waste.
That upsets me the most.
))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))):

I cried.
A lot.
I bought a big packet of M&M
for my lunch.
Cried on my bed as I eat them.
[Yeah. I eat chocolate when I'm
damn upset or happy].

I wonder how the council will be like
in future.
They don't have the unity.
This can be inferred from their
reactions towards performance.
If YOU really have the unity,
you will go and perform!
Damn it. Now, what does the theme means to you??
It shows unity which can't be expressed at
the investiture. WHAT THE?!?

OKAY. I know.
You guys just want to drive me nuts right?
Yeah. Whatever. 
What I do is I'll cry alone.

I AM DISAPPOINTED.
SELF-MOTIVATION ISN'T HELPING.

well. I've been so freaking busy.
I didn't have time to blog.
But now, being midnight, I'll
just post something.

I need to express my feelings too.
Well, I feel so sucky right now.
Like.. I don't feel like a head councillor.
Not in the egoistic way.

But I feel like I'm just someone,
holding that title.
This sucks.
I feel that I'm not doing enough for the council.

Simple things like writing the script,
I get stuck.
Eeeks. This freaks me out.
I shouldn't get stuck at such a thing.

I think it's all the stress.
It's making me forget how to do so many things.
Like maths,
after the holidays,
not doing much maths stuff,
I'm kind of blur. ))):
Horrible. Especially when I love to
test myself mentally.
I ask myself some questions and I think
I had difficulties answering them.
Hmph. Shouldn't be.

Oh yes. Back to council issues.
Okay. Then it's like I'm such a 'kid'.
Just writing a speech,
I need to ask Jian Xiong for help.
And he gave me a whole chunk of
great advice and ideas.

At that very moment, 
I thought...
these are basics.
I used to know them.
But why is it that I can't remember that
until Jian Xiong told me? 
Cause of stress?

Yikes.I can't believe I'm
actually SO stressed up.
I can't believe it.

Self-motivation.
What's that, huh?
I've been doing that can.
But it's like.. it helps for one moment.
And the reality lies in front of me again.

It's like a spoilt light.
When it flashes,
and light is produced,
that's when you feel the sudden glimpse of hope.
And suddenly, 
when you feel so good,
that light is gone,
and there.. back to darkness again.
All stressed up.

Now, it's 01:30.
And I'm not sleeping.
Why? I'm trying to do whatever I can
for the council.
There's going to be a council meeting tomorrow.
I've designed a powerpoint for the meeting.
I just hope it works.
Or not, all my effort will be gone to waste.
That is when I'll get so tensed up
and start going nuts.

Whatever it is.
HEY!! HUISHAN!! YOU ARE STRESSED!
I KNOW! YOU NEED TO HANG IN THERE YEAH?
but there's a whole list of things to complete,
especially when it's by the end of this week!
COMPLETE THEM. STAY LATE INTO THE NIGHT IF
YOU HAVE TO. JUST DO THEM!
yikes. I'm going nuts.

**** THIS IS A FREAKING CRAPPY POST ****

I shan't say much.
I just managed to find out my results
for Term 1. We're suppose to know it
only on 24 March. =P

I'm not sure about what subjects are the grades for,
but here it is:
5 A1s << I THINK is Biology, Chemistry, E. Maths, A. Maths, Geography
1 B3 << I THINK is English
1 B4 << I THINK is Physics. ><
1 C6. << definitely, 100% confirmed Higher Chinese.

That's it.
All these are guesses,
except for the C6.
But the grade are confirmed. =P

I SHOULD be quite happy about it.
But maybe not so, with the Bs.
Should be happy because most people
had at least one subject failing.
I saw one, shan't reveal who,
with 5 failures. =X

Oh wells. I guess everyone did
badly for this term.
But, I love my 5 A1s =P
Jiayou huishan!
Maintain those A1s and score higher
for the Bs! I know that C is
wu yao ke jiu. So,
I shall not bother so much about it.

Monday, I went to Pulau Ubin.
I just love my job as a host!
Shi Min and I were the host together. (:
We get to do whatever we want!
Usually lagging behind. =P

For the sake of the video,
we entered the old Delifrance oven,
which is now covered with roots
and it was rather eerie inside. xD
Then we ate the Creet leaves
which they said can soothe the sore throat.
I didn't chew it and swallow it though.
Just acted out. =P
Shi Min did though. haha.
She said it was very bitter. HAHA.
Lucky I didn't eat it. =D

We cycled a lot. Haha.
More than the other 2 classes. xD
The first time was the start of the day
whereby all of us cycled together
and Amanda Loong fell from her bicycle. ><
Ouch. Her wound was quite bad.
Surprisingly, her leg wasn't injured.
Her elbow was the bad one.
Can see blood sipping through the
cotton or whatever it is.

During lunch,
I brought her to change her dressings
[as in the wound dressings].
When the facilitator was washing her wound
on the elbow, and I was holding up her sleeve,
she pinched me really hard literally.
Doesn't matter. (:
Let her pinch then. haha.
I could see tears coming out from her eyes.
ouch. It must have hurt horribly.

The second time we cycled was
during the individual class trip to
find out more about the different stuff
of Pulau Ubin.
My class is doing the history and legend,
the most difficult part of the whole project.

We cycled to the German Girl Shrine.
Very quiet there.
It was just a small hut  in the middle of 
some kind of field. Huge field.

And then we went to a facilitator's house.
She's been staying in Ubin for 9 years.
Her house is like any other kampung house.
That is where I got lots of mosquito bites.
Or not, I didn't have any.

Before we left Ubin, Mrs Singh treat
us to ice cream. hahaha.
I didn't get an ice cream.
I get something like an ice pop. =P

After the whole trip,
went back to school,
left the school,
Rui Bin, Shi Min and I went to Vivo City
cause I want to buy a present for
my elder sister's birthday. =P

Rui Bin chipped in some money for
the present. haha.cause he know's my
elder sister too. xD
She said she wants that when we went to
Vivo City the previous day.

After that, we went to the garden at the roof,
sat there, talked and had some chips. =D
hahah. And home sweet home!
I've got really bad sunburns. haha.

Shi Min is different now. (:
In the good way.
She can present herself very well in presentations,
and now, even being a host!

Cause, she used to be rather timid.
No offence though.
But she didn't really dare to speak up and
project her voice. (:
But now, she can even act!. hahaha. That rocks!

Yesterday, was my elder sister's birthday.
I didn't go out.
Just played lots of Flyff.
Level 62 now!!
Haha. It was damn fun yesterday!
Charlton, me, a level 75 guy [Arubiano]
were acting as vagrants. HAHA.
Asking for buffs and stuff. =P

Then later, a level 56 mage [oOPowerMageOo]
or something like that, joined us.
And we became zombies, etc.
Then she said she's going to record everything and put
them on Youtube. HAHAHA.
So FUN!

Other than Flyff,
at 22:00++ my elder sister's friends
popped by our house!
Omg. They were quite noisy. haha.
Then the 'VIP' arrived.
Don't know who though. haha.
They bought a birthday cake which seemed
rather expensive.

Then she went out with them
to SCHOOL.
Not sure for what. haha.
I heard that she came home at
01:15.
OMG. For the first time,
my mum allowed that.

Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DA JIE!

There's no way I can skip religious class.
So, I ended up doing some homework
during lessons. =X
I did quite a lot of questions. hehe.

Anyway, I went to Furma City Centre
or whatever that place is called,
for dinner.
Dinner was very expensive cause
we had it in a restaurant - Furma Palace.

We had three different dishes.
Shark bone soup,
Scallop + brocolli
and a pot of seafood,
containing all those expensive stuff
- 4 abalone, 4 prawns, fish maw, etc.
Total cost is $247.97.
The pot of seafood cost 128 bucks.

I thought the food was just all right.
Nothing very special. =X
However, I quite like the shark bone soup.

After dinner,
we went to shop at Vivo City.
Ahhh... The place that I went many times
last year!! I'm back!! haha.

Tomorrow, going to Pulau Ubin.
Excited!!
Cause, I ain't there for camp!
I'm there for geography project!
Woohoo! No need to wear school attire! (((:
I'm going to wear 12slc shirt. =D

I'm going to have fun tomorrow!
and I got to get a present for my
elder sister!! haha. I think I'm going
back to Vivo City again tomorrow.

HAPPY 17th ANNIVERSARY TO MUM & DAD! ((:
[that explains the expensive dinner. also, to celebrate
my elder sister's birthday which is 2 days later.]

I've been posting short entries lately.
Better than not posting. =D

Went to Funan Digitalife Mall today
with Jolyn, Tuan Anh, Wendy and Benjamin Low.
Met Gena, Shi Min, Amanda Ting, etc,
at Pasta Mania, passed them the homework,
and went to McDonalds to do homework.

And I'm so happy!
I've got a hwachong badge!!

Well, today couldn't go for huang cheng.
oh wells. yeah.
then I'm feeling so sick and tired now.
Like.. feeling so damn cold.

But well, now, I MUST MUG LIKE MAD
TO GET INTO HWACHONG.

Lately, I get very upset by little things.
Doing that comprehension upsets me
cause I couldn't concentrate on it.
Unable to finish copying things upsets me too.

And the worst thing is,
I flunked my Higher Chinese Common test,
22/55... That is not the worst of the worst.
The worst of the worst is,
I put in a lot of effort for that test,
yet, that's the lowest I scored among
all my other Higher Chinese tests.

I sort of cry. =X
But not the very obvious kind.
The tears weren't for the test only,
but everything, all about me
being upset.

my dear 'brother',
I managed to become more optimistic today.
Cause I promised him that
I'll try to stay positive.

Today, I was looking forward to Chemistry
the whole morning.
I find Chemistry more and more interesting.
Woohoo!
But Biology still rocks!

We had the Street Soccer competition among CCAs.
Guess what? I only knew that it's the street soccer competition
this morning when they annouced it!
Oh my goodness! I was looking forward to
participating in this competition.
But, in the end, I'm not involved.

But I enjoyed myself during that period of time!
Cause, everyone, for most CCAs,
is at the Quadrangle watching the match.
While Chemel and I were the only ones
in PH Times, staying the the computer lab.
Doing what?
Editting the newsletter. HAHA.
I was listening to emo songs too. haha.
Damn fun. =D
I feel special!

After that, I went to the quadrangle to check out
the match before I went home.
Went I reached there, I spotted Wei Hong,
and chatted with him.
Somhow, the ball came and hit on
the right side of my abdomen.
The impact was great, and hte ball bounced off,
Thank goodness, there's nothing wrong.

Then I went to talk to Miss Yeo for awhile,
then Mr Chng!!! ((((: 
Finally! I get a chance to speak to him!

After that, Wei Hong walked me to the bus stop
far far away and walked back home. haha.

Oh yeah, yesterday I couldn't blog cause I reached home
at 21:15 after the Sec 1 PTM.
Then I had English Comprehension to complete.
Mum was watching korean drama,
and I got addicted and watched with her.
Ended up doing the comprehension till 01:45.

Now, I'm not going to watch huang cheng tomorrow
already!! ):
Haha. but, nevermind.
Though I've been looking forward to it like mad.
Oh wells. Priority was given to the JC students.
Hence, even when the tickets were booked before,
Eliseus couldn't purchase them.
Next year then! Cause I checked with Jason Boey
and he said that Sunday afternoon is full house too.

I'm probably going to Funan DIgital Mall tomorrow
to do homework, pass homework to Gena, Amanda Ting and Shi Min,
AND support my school for the Robotics competition held there.

NOW, SLEEPING TIME.
BEFORE I DOSE OFF RIGHT HERE.

and.. I'm feeling that charlton and jiajun are
kind of daoing me. ))))))))):
cause I seem to be invisible on their tagboards. =X

I'll just briefly post about today.

I'll be the main person in the
Pulau Ubin Geography project for
my section. =/
I'll be introducing Pulau Ubin and stuff,
like the host, in the video.

Then, I have musical workshops,
or drama workshops next Thursday and Friday.
In future, all the way to the Grand Opening,
we'll be having a total of 42 trainings. =O
I don't mind though.
It'll be so great if we can practice until late
in the night in school. =P
I'd love to try that. HAHA.

I did 1.6km during PE today.
Those who are 'conditioned' already,
with regards to last week's endurance run timing,
will run 1.6km today,
as suggested by me. =D

Haha. I"m one of the two girls selected. =P
The other one is Li Ying.
For guys, we have Chad, Jundi, Desmond Khoo,
Joseph and Jian Wei.

MY timing was rather bad. =X
8.36 minutes.
My P6 timing was 7.39 minutes.
Oh wells.

School song recordings was
rather boring. =X
We did it in the Computer Lab 4.
It's new. Haha. So, the computers
are new too! But we got to use them. (((:

Okay. On a side note,
I'm unhappy. ))))):

I felt the tremors in class today,
during English lesson.
We were doing English comprehension
and the words were rather small.

I was having my head on the table
while reading the long passage.
Then I felt some shaking suddenly.
At first, I thought it's Lois shaking the table
behind me, causing my chair to shake or something.
But, I recalled that her table wasn't touching my chair.
So, I thought it was some dizzy spells or what.
Like, am I sick or something.

And somehow, I turned around and asked Gena.
We were all talking about that!
But some people who were moving around
or talking to each other didn't feel it.

Oh wells. I couldn't concentrate on my comprehension
after that somehow.
I was unhappy that I was still at question 1b
when my teacher has already gone through the
answers to question 5b. )):
There were 6 parts for question 1.
Which means, until [f].
Argh. Damn upset about it that I almost
cried out. Don't know why.
Just had the urge to cry at that very moment.
Actually, I few tears came rolling down my cheek. ))):
Thank goodness, no one noticed it.

Biology was interesting.
Jane and 'gang' kept making fun of Mr Nizam
and Jundi kept joking around
about EGESTION and the effect on your alimentary canal
if you swallow a chewing gum.

After school,
I had lunch with Wendy and bumped into Mr Tan A.F.
He asked me whether I'm free to capture some
shots of the inline skating people.
So, I took up the 'job'.
Went to took some photos at the Wushu event in the hall
then went for the inlane skating thing.

After awhile,
I stayed in school to do homework
so that I didn't have to bring the two heavy
Maths textbooks home.
Finished them in the school library
and it was 17:20.
Benjamin Low was still there and he's
waiting for Wendy to go home together.
So, we waited for Wendy and Shi Min joined us.

At around 18:00, 
then we left the school.
Hmm... I didn't leave the school at this
hour for a really long time already. xD

Tomorrow, ENDURANCE RUN
for PE. ))))))):
I DON'T WANT TO RUN.
Crap. How?
Just hope that it rains. ((:
PRAY FOR RAIN, PEOPLE!

Then I have school song records
at 14:45. Woah. Last minute news.
And a meeting with Mr Lim,
together with Wendy and Benjamin Low,
regarding certain council issues.
Looking forward to it. (:
